The 69 420 Impeller is the Pack-a-Punched version of the FG42. The 420 Impeller damage improved from the FG42 but only slighty. The rate of fire improves slightly also. Magazine and max ammo size increase by almost double. And it keeps other features from the FG42 good and bad such as the reload speed stays the same, mobility does not change and recoil does not change leaving it very high, which can be bad for acuarcy.
